Happy New year to all! As this is my first post of the new year, I'd like to show you a project I'll be working on over the next few weeks/months. I will also be using it as my 3rd year project for college, so it will be graded... It's basically a tool that allows further attacks be launched from a simple Xss vulnerability and/or allows demonstration of commonly used attacks.
It has of course been done before, many times... probably to a better extent. I think writing my own would be a valuable learning experience and worthwhile project. From this Blog you can probably already tell that I have a bit of an obsession with the subject matter. This project should hopefully allow me to gain a deeper understanding of the various elements involved.
As part of the grading protocols it was required we write a functional specification for the project we chose to do. Mine is available below! I don't expect anyone to read it fully... It's almost 5000 words. I'm excited about this one and am looking forward to begin it! Check it out!
